Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Portugal takes 2–4 business days. EU-wide shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold — check the banner on our site for the current offer.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your package in real time.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products unless they are defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
