This disclaimer applies to all products, services, and events offered by Mindful Crumb, including the Burpee Launch Challenge, and any use of Primal Core or related nutritional products produced or distributed by Crumb Origen LDA, R. Santa Anastácia 20, 4150-664 Porto, Portugal.

Summary

By participating in any Mindful Crumb event or consuming any of our products, including but not limited to Primal Core, Primal Nectar, Crumb Shot, or participating in the Burpee Launch Challenge, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

Mindful Crumb provides health-oriented products and performance-based physical experiences. We do not provide medical advice or personalized nutrition therapy. Nothing we offer should be interpreted as such. Always consult a qualified health professional before making any significant changes to your diet, training, or supplementation routine.

Health-Related Terms

Mindful Crumb products and challenges are intended for use by healthy individuals. They are designed for informational and general performance-support purposes only. They are not substitutes for medical advice, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Primal Core and all related nutritional products do not constitute medical nutrition therapy or individualized dietary guidance. The effectiveness, safety, and impact of our products vary based on each person’s health history, body type, and current medical condition.

You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new dietary supplement, participating in a high-intensity event like the Burpee Launch Challenge, or changing your current physical activity level. This is especially important if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have any medical condition affecting your metabolism, cardiovascular system, or musculoskeletal health.

Assumption of Risk

By registering for the Burpee Launch Challenge or consuming any Mindful Crumb products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with intense physical activity, high-impact movement, and dietary supplementation. These risks may include (but are not limited to): injury, dehydration, fatigue, allergic reactions, or complications due to pre-existing medical conditions.

You voluntarily accept full responsibility for your physical condition, your decision to participate, and any outcomes that may occur as a result. You agree to hold Mindful Crumb, Crumb Origen LDA, and all associated partners, staff, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions that may arise.

Competition Structure

The Burpee Launch Challenge is a single-elimination tournament consisting of 128 participants. Matches will take place on Sundays between September 21st and November 9th, 2025.

Each match is a 1v1 format. Participants alternate between performing a burpee and launching a medicine ball over a stack of three boxes.

A burpee is considered valid if the participant: (i) lowers their chest to the ground, (ii) rises to a full upright extension, and (iii) enters a ready position to receive and launch the medicine ball over the boxes to their opponent.

Scoring:
– If the ball is caught mid-air and successfully returned over the box stack, play continues.
– If the ball touches the boxes or drops to the floor, the opponent earns one point.
– The first participant to score two points wins the match and advances. The losing participant is eliminated.

Prize Payment & Arbitration

The winner of the Burpee Launch Challenge will receive a €1,000 cash prize, issued via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days following the final match on November 9th, 2025.

To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid government-issued identification and payment information, as requested by Mindful Crumb. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Pre-Sale & Product Delivery

Primal Core is currently in pre-sale. All pre-orders will begin shipping during the first two weeks of September, prior to the challenge start date.

If your order has not arrived by the beginning of the event, your participation remains valid. Deliveries will be fulfilled regardless of progression or elimination. All confirmed pre-orders will be honored in full.

Minimum Participation & Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 128 confirmed participants is required to initiate the Burpee Launch Challenge. If this number is not met by August 31st, 2025, the event will be canceled. All Primal Core subscriptions linked to the challenge will be refunded in full unless the participant explicitly opts out of the cancellation in writing.

Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain respectful, safe, and sportsmanlike behavior throughout the event. Any form of misconduct, aggression, or unsafe activity may result in immediate disqualification. Mindful Crumb reserves the right to remove any participant at its sole discretion.

Data Use and Consent

All personal information collected through form submissions, orders, and event registration will be stored and processed for the purpose of executing business operations, managing communications, and administering the Burpee Launch Challenge.

By submitting your entry or placing an order, you consent to our use of your name, likeness, submitted responses, and performance (including media footage) in future promotional materials, including but not limited to website, newsletter, and social media content.

Final Authority

Mindful Crumb and Crumb Origen LDA reserve final decision-making authority over all matters related to the Burpee Launch Challenge, including registration approval, scheduling, match results, disqualifications, and prize distribution. Every effort will be made to ensure fairness to all competitors.

By registering, you agree to abide by all rules, policies, and judgments set forth by Mindful Crumb and its team.
