We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns work.

Your Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal and applies to all orders placed online.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened products — items in their original, sealed condition can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
  • Opened food products — for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless the product is defective or materially different from its description.
  • Defective or damaged items — if you received a damaged or defective product, we'll replace it or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Contact us

Email hello@mindfulcrumb.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive instructions

We'll confirm your return request and provide a shipping address within 2 business days.

3.
Ship the item back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.

4.
Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged on Arrival?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
