Where We Ship

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. We're based in Porto, Portugal and dispatch all orders from our local facility.

Expanding beyond the EU is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we add new regions.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional day.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it's been dispatched.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, customs processing, and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. We work with trusted carriers to offer the most competitive rates possible.

Free shipping is available on orders above a certain threshold — check the banner on our site for the current offer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
