Ingredients
- 80gPlain flour
- 20gCacao powder
- 65gGrass-Fed Whey Protein
- 10gSweetener of choice
- pinchHimalayan salt
- 150mlEgg whites
- 2Eggs
- 100gCottage cheese
- 20gApple sauce
- 20mlMaple syrup
- 5mlVanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cacao, whey protein, sweetener, salt) in a bowl until smooth.

Blend all wet ingredients (egg whites, eggs, cottage cheese, apple sauce, maple syrup, vanilla) for about 10 seconds — just enough to combine.

Pour wet into dry and fold into a thick brownie batter. Don't overmix.

Pour into the lined baking tray and spread evenly.

Bake 12-15 minutes depending on how fudgy you want them.

Let cool completely so they set — best straight from the fridge. Cut into 9 squares.
