It is showing up every single day and doing the basics. After twenty-plus years of training, I can tell you this with absolute certainty: the people who win are the ones who do not skip days.

That is exactly why we created the 30 Days to Prove Yourself challenge. It is not a complicated transformation program. It is a straightforward commitment: consume your Primal Core protein every day for 30 consecutive days, document it, and earn €10 in store credit as a reward. Simple. Effective. Rewarding.

Why 30 Days?

Thirty days is long enough to build a genuine habit but short enough to feel achievable. Research on habit formation suggests that consistency over several weeks creates automatic behaviors -- actions you take without needing motivation or willpower. By the end of 30 days of daily protein consumption, reaching for your Primal Core sachet becomes as automatic as brushing your teeth.

The challenge is designed to prove something to the only person who matters: yourself. Not to us, not to Instagram, but to you. Can you commit to one small, health-positive action every day for a month? The answer changes how you see yourself.

Requirements

  • An active Primal Core subscription (minimum 2 bags)
  • 30 sachets to cover each day of the challenge
  • A challenge card (provided with your subscription)
  • A public Instagram account

The Four-Step Process

  • Daily consumption -- Take one sachet of Primal Core protein every day. Mix it however you prefer: shake with water, blend into a smoothie, add to coffee, stir into oats. The method does not matter. The consistency does. Tick the box on your challenge card each day.
  • Complete the full 30-day streak -- No breaks, no make-up days, no exceptions. At the end of 30 days, photograph your empty sachets alongside the completed challenge card showing all 30 boxes ticked.
  • Post proof to Instagram Stories -- Share your completion photo on Instagram Stories. Tag @mindfulcrumb and use the designated challenge hashtag. This creates accountability and shows the community what consistency looks like.
  • Submit your reward form -- Fill out the reward form with your details. We verify your submission and issue your store credit.

The Reward

Participants receive €10 in Mindful Crumb store credit within three business days of verified submission. The program allows a maximum annual redemption of €120 per subscriber, with one reward available per calendar month. That means you can earn up to €120 per year simply by using the protein you already bought.

Think of it this way: you are not being paid to do something extra. You are being rewarded for being consistent with something you should already be doing.

Terms and Conditions

  • Active Primal Core subscription required throughout the challenge period
  • Public Instagram account mandatory for verification
  • All four steps must be completed in full
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
  • Mindful Crumb reserves the right to disqualify submissions that appear fraudulent or do not meet the challenge criteria
  • One challenge completion per subscriber per calendar month

My Take
