Primal Easter Nests
Crunchy dark chocolate cornflake nests with a creamy whey protein filling, topped with mini eggs. 11g protein per nest — no baking required.

- 100g70% Dark chocolate
- 10gCoconut oil
- 60gCornflakes (unsweetened)
- 200gGreek yogurt (2% fat)
- 60g (2 sachets)Grass-Fed Whey ProteinShop ours
- 10gCacao powder
- 20gHoney
- 40g (~16 pieces)Mini chocolate eggs

Line a muffin tin or baking tray with parchment paper (or use silicone moulds).

Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together — microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, or use a bain-marie.

Gently fold cornflakes into the melted chocolate until evenly coated. Be careful not to crush them.

Divide the chocolate cornflake mixture into 8 mounds. Use the back of a spoon to press a deep well in the centre of each — shaping them into nests. Refrigerate 15 minutes until set.

Meanwhile, make the filling: whisk Greek yogurt, whey protein, cacao powder, and honey until smooth and thick.

Spoon the protein filling into each set nest, dividing evenly.

Top each nest with 2 mini chocolate eggs.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
